Guest who remain after 4:00 PM will be charged an additional nights stay.

Camping
• No refunds for early departure. No call No show will be charged for entire stay.
• Parents are responsible for their children at all times on all campground property. Children should be at there campsite by 10PM.
• Quiet time is 10:00 PM. At all times, radios, TV’s, pets, etc. are to be at a volume which will not disturb others. Generators are allowed between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM only.
• Please be courteous by not extinguishing cigarettes on the ground, or walking/riding through other’s campsites. Fires are allowed in fire pits only.
• Cutting of trees is prohibited and clothes lines cannot be attached to trees.
• Window air conditioners and outside refrigerators are prohibited. As are tarps on your camper.
• Fish cleaning station must be cleaned and remains must be wrapped in paper and placed into freezer - not dumpster.
• Vandalism or destruction of any property will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to evict anyone for behavior detrimental to campground or guest’s property or failure to observe rules.
• A $50 fee will be charged to your credit card if you leave trash in your fire pit or on your site.

Occupancy Guidelines
Base rate includes 4 people (2 adults , 2 children). Additional occupants and day visitors will be an additional $5.00 per person, per night/day.
Maximum of 6 guest per site at any time.
Children under the age of 2 are not subject to additional fees or included in the maximum guest per site.
Sites with an RV can consist of 1 RV and 1 Tent (subject to $35 tent fee, please inquire).

Cancellation Policy
ALL CREDIT CARD REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A $35 PROCESSING FEE. Cancellations less than 10 days of stay, deposits are non refundable. Cancellations prior to 10 days of your stay will be refunded but are still subject to the processing fee of $35. You will be charged in full for holiday weekends or weather-related conditions.

Visitors
Upon arrival, All visitors are required to register at the front office. All visitors are required to pay a per day fee. If unregistered guest are at your site they are your responsibility and will be billed to your site.
Visitors may not bring pets onto the property.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry/service to anyone and to ask anyone to leave for not following all camping rules.

Garbage We do not provide garbage pick up. Your garbage is to be dumped into the dumpsters provided. One is located in the back of the campground and one in the front. There will be a $50.00 charge for any garbage left on your site or in the fire pits.

Pets
Controlled pets are welcome.
Pets must NEVER be left unattended, must be leashed, quiet and cleaned up after at all times. Pets are not allowed in campground buildings or pool area. All pet licenses must be current and presented to management upon request.
The park will not be responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet.

Speeding
The speed limit is 9½ MPH. Speeders will be warned only once, and then kindly asked to leave. Please watch for children at all times. No ATV’s allowed in park. All vehicles including golf carts must be operated by licensed drivers only. Please avoid unnecessary vehicle traffic.

Golf Carts
Electric only golf carts are allowed.
Only licensed drivers are to be driving golf carts.
Please no driving around the speed bumps, please do your best to stay off the grass.
If bringing a golf cart, you must show proof of insurance prior to unloading.

Flags
Nations, states, provinces, sport teams, military and college flags are permitted. NO other flags are permitted, including political party, confederate flags or flags containing profanity.

Swimming Pool Rules - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY!
Outdoor Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM, weather permitting. Swimming is at you own risk. There is never a lifeguard on duty.
No diving, running, flips or horseplay allowed.
All children 14 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult. All children who use the pool must be potty trained or wear an approved swim diaper.
No food or glass containers inside the pool fence.
Suitable swimming attire is required. Street clothes are not allowed.
State law requires everyone to shower before entering pool.
Please rinse feet before entering pool.
There is a $6.00 charge per day per person with staying guest. $8.00 per person per day without staying guest.
It is the registered guest responsibility to make sure your guest pays this fee or it will be billed to your site.

Club house/Pavilion is available for rent at $100.00 for a 5 hour window. Must be reserved 7 days in advance. If you'd like to include the use of the pool it is an additional $25.00 for up to 10 people.

Self service ice and firewood are available for sale. The money box is located at the firewood station.
$6.00 per bundle of wood or 3 for $15.00
Ice is $7.00 per 22 lb bag or • $3.00 per 7 lb bag of ice. Money box is located next to the ice machine.

Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds due to inclement weather.

By providing a credit card number you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card for any cost incurred while at the property and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure. Including and not limited to unregistered guest at your site or at the pool, any damage, missing or stolen items, garbage left in your fire pit or on your site.
